Ministerial Dedication
The ministry of a priest is to represent Christ and his church, particularly as pastor to the people; to share with the bishop in the overseeing of the church; to proclaim the Gospel; to administer the sacraments; and to bless and declare pardon in the name of God. From The Book of Common Prayer
Our worship is expressed through the 1979 Book of Common Prayer using both Rite I and Rite II. In all of the services of worship the Prayer Book content provides a balanced expression of praise, penitence, petition, intercession, and especially thanksgivingall informed by Holy Scripture as Biblical selections from the lectionary conform to the seasons of the Church Year.

Clergy and lay leadership also guide us through the Pastoral Offices:
Baptism
Confirmation
Marriage
Reconciliation of a Penitent
Ministrations to the Sick
Burial
These and other Pastoral Offices represent the full spectrum of life from birth to death. Other pastoral ministries include the welcoming of newcomers and visitation to those who are in the hospital or are homebound. Pastoral support is also given to couples preparing for marriage, to families and individuals in crisis, and to the bereaved.
